How long does verification take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your status has been verified. If we need additional information, we will contact you directly.
What if I do not have a law enforcement email address?
Some agencies and departments use generic or shared email addresses rather than individual law enforcement addresses. If that is the case for your agency, register with the best email you have and include your agency name, badge number, and direct supervisor contact in the notes field. Our team will review your application and may follow up to confirm your status.
When does my QLUE Express trial start?
Your 30-day QLUE Express trial starts from the date you activate your trial code, not the date it is issued. You can hold the code until you are ready to use it.
Can I upgrade to the full CCI after completing the free module?
Yes. If you want to continue after the free module, you can purchase the full CCI curriculum directly through your CCI account. Your free module account carries over, so you do not need to create a new profile. Any progress from the free module is already on file.
Is this available for international law enforcement?
Yes. Verified law enforcement professionals from agencies outside of North America are eligible to register. The module content is applicable regardless of jurisdiction.
Can my whole unit register?
